Unisearch supported the client in gaining planning permission approval for expanding the existing facilities on this green-belt site: a three-storey building to the south-east corner increasing hotel bedrooms from 81 to 145, conference facilities enlarged to around 900 sqm, extended spa facilities, and a redesigned landscape and car park.
