100+ senior managers, three departments, one shared BIM vision.
In collaboration with local partner IEC, Unisearch won the contract to train the senior managers of Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to effectively manage their BIM-based projects — focusing on the value of digitised project information across the whole life cycle.
Over 100 senior managers from the Design, Construction, FM and Contracts departments attended the three-day programme, covering:
- BIM principles and their benefits to the RTA
- Information management and the delivery framework
- BIM standards
- A full project case-study demonstration
Feedback was overwhelmingly positive: participants moved beyond technology-focused thinking to the wider business benefits — cutting capital and operational expenditure, reducing project time and waste, and improving quality.
