Unisearch is leading and coordinating the design team and specialist consultants on behalf of the client to gain approval for a full planning application.
Sustainability and energy
A full feasibility study evaluated the project’s life-cycle energy consumption, proposing a central district-heating system with the management structure to control and operate it.
